Christina is a member of the Real Estate practice group. She focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Christina’s experience includes drafting purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents and corporate governance documents, including asset purchase agreements, operations transfer agreements, bills of sale, assignment and assumption agreements, board resolutions, operating agreements, membership interest purchase agreements and leases. She has represented tax-exempt corporations and underwriters in the arrangement of tax-exempt bond financing for capital projects; conducted due diligence and drafted Appendix As; formed corporate entities, drafted governance documents and successfully applied for IRS 501(c)(3) tax exemption; reviewed, analyzed and drafted bylaws and corporate policies for nonprofit corporations to ensure compliance with best practices; and conducted title and survey review.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Christina was an associate with a firm in Washington, D.C. She previously served as a legal intern with an Atlanta firm, where she worked with public finance attorneys and clients in connection with a waste water refunding and low-income housing tax credit project for the City of Atlanta and student housing financing for a private college. Before law school, Christina spent two summers serving as a congressional intern with Reps. Lewis and Slaughter.
