Narges is a managing associate in the firm’s Commercial & Public Finance group.
Narges’s practice focuses on structured finance transactions and corporate trust-related agreements. She represents major financial institutions serving various capacities, such as trustee, collateral agent, escrow agent, exchange agent, paying agent, depositary agent, and administrative agent. She routinely works on secured debt transactions and negotiates account control agreements, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements and other types of security documents.
Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Narges was a corporate associate in the New York office of a multinational law firm headquartered in London, as well as a large New York/California based law firm where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and general corporate law matters, devoting a significant portion of her practice to the representation of public and private companies in cross-border transactions in various industries as acquirers or targets.
Narges is a native Farsi speaker with conversational proficiency in Turkish and elementary proficiency in French and Arabic.
