Overview

Patrick is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. His practice includes representing clients in the acquisition and sale of real estate; ground, retail and office leasing; secured financing; and other general real estate matters. He has experience representing real estate developers, shopping center owners, private businesses, publicly traded companies and non-profit organizations in complex real estate transactions across the country.

Prior to attending law school, Patrick served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he deployed to Afghanistan as an embedded advisor during Operation Enduring Freedom. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Combat Action Ribbon for meritorious service. In 2012, after finishing his active duty service, he worked in the White House as a national security affairs intern.
