  • Jeanetta Darno, Associate Vice President for Diversity & Inclusion at Nationwide, has more than 17 years' experience and leadership in diversity and inclusion. She is responsible for establishing strategies to create a more richly diverse workforce and more inclusive workplace in support of Nationwide's business objectives.
  • Steve Francis, Manager, Corporate Affairs Department at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., is responsible for managing and coordinating diversity relations for the company. He guided Honda's cross-functional diversity management initiatives and was project leader for Honda's Diversity Committee. Steve also developed diversity strategy initiatives for Honda Manufacturing of Indiana.
  • David Hooker, former Managing Partner of Thompson Hine and a member of its Business Litigation and Construction practices, helped formalize the firm's commitment to diversity as a founder of the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative. He received the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Pioneer Award in recognition of his efforts to champion diversity in the legal profession. David is a former chair and current trustee of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio.
  • Karen Manngard, Vice President for Citi Human Resources, has more than 15 years of experience in executive recruiting and human resources and is Citi's HR liaison for its Columbus African Heritage and Veterans Networks. She also is a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
