Diversity in the Boardroom: NASDAQ Rule Implementation Update

In this Coffee Chat, we will discuss Nasdaq’s SEC-approved Board Diversity Rule which requires companies listed on its U.S. exchange to address board diversity. The progressive rule imposes significant new requirements on most Nasdaq-listed companies to have at least two diverse directors, including one who self-identifies as female and one who self-identifies as either an underrepresented minority or LGBTQ+, or to explain any diversity deficiencies by next year.
