He will examine the rapidly changing landscape in the franchising industry and how business models are evolving.

About the Speaker:
Rocco Fiorentino has more than 25 years of franchise industry experience. Before serving as senior managing partner of Primo Hoagies Franchising, a specialty sandwich concept with more than 100 locations, he was president and CEO of Freedom Rings, LLC, a developer and multi-unit franchisee of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Fiorentino has served two consecutive terms on the International Franchise Association (IFA) board of directors and served as chair of IFA’s Membership Committee for 11 years. He is a past chairman of the Multi-Unit Franchise Conference and a member of the board of advisors. Fiorentino is a frequent speaker and moderator on franchise matters at the IFA Conference and the Multi-Unit Franchise Conference, and he has authored numerous articles on franchise financing. He also co-authored a book that is on Amazon’s best sellers list. Fiorentino, who has a master’s degree in management from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of the American College, has earned the distinction of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the IFA board of governors.
