To help meet our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are pleased to announce the establishment of a 1L Diversity Fellowship as part of the summer program in each of our four Ohio offices: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton. Our Diversity Fellowship is designed to offer diverse 1L students practical and valuable work experience to strengthen their legal and professional skills while providing them with meaningful mentoring and training opportunities that will enrich their future legal careers.

Students selected for the Diversity Fellowship will receive a paid summer associate position for the duration of our 10-week summer program, plus an additional payment* at the successful completion of the summer program. Those who receive and accept offers to return for a second summer will receive an additional payment* in the spring and will be eligible to apply for our 2L Diversity Scholarship. 

Applications will be accepted beginning December 1 and reviewed on a continual basis until positions are filled.
