Thompson Hine LLP partner Frank Chaiken has been appointed to the Talbert House Board of Trustees, effective January 1. Talbert House is one of the largest social service agencies in the region, serving a broad population and developing quality mental health, community corrections, substance abuse and welfare-to-work services.
Chaiken is a partner in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. He focuses his practice on international and domestic business transactions, especially mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and distribution agreements, and provides general legal counsel to business clients. Chaiken currently serves on the boards of the Vocal Arts Ensemble of Cincinnati, the World Affairs Council of Greater Cincinnati and other community organizations.
