Chambers & Partners' inaugural guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers has ranked Thompson Hine LLP as one of the top law firms in Ohio. The guide, Chambers USA, which reviews law firms by practice area in each state, has ranked Thompson Hine as Ohio's top firm in Construction, Environmental, and Real Estate law. Thompson Hine also ranked very high (number 2 or 3) in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.

Chambers & Partners is a highly regarded UK firm that researches and publishes guides ranking law firms worldwide. Entry in their guides is based solely on market recommendations. For Chambers USA, their researchers spent a year canvassing clients and lawyers across the U.S. to obtain a consistent market view of which firms and lawyers are considered leaders in their field.
