CLEVELAND, Ohio -- In a first in Northeast Ohio legal circles, a woman is taking over as head of a large, Cleveland-headquartered law firm. Thompson Hine said Wednesday that Deborah Read will succeed David Hooker as managing partner of the 363-attorney, seven-office firm on May 1.
