International Trade & Customs Practice Group Leader Matt Nicely will moderate the panel "Ethical Issues in Customs and Trade" as part of Georgetown University Law Center's 2011 International Trade Update on March 3, 2011 in Washington DC. He will lead a discussion on issues such as the ethical lines in a trade proceeding, reporting issues, how trade agencies and the Bar respond to potential ethical violations, consequences of known ethical violations, ethical sanctions, case settlement and outsourcing.
