Thompson Hine LLP was a co-sponsor of the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association's (NJCCA) annual holiday outreach event on December 7. This is the firm's third year as one of the primary sponsors for the event.

More than 60 corporate counsel members and staff from the New York and New Jersey business community participated, wrapping hundreds of books as holiday gifts for children who are living in domestic violence shelters, safe houses and transitional facilities throughout New Jersey. The sponsors provided the books, gift wrapping supplies and refreshments for the event, which was held at the Olde Mill Inn.

"Thompson Hine's Diversity & Inclusion Initiative continues to seek out opportunities to participate in community outreach efforts that contribute in a meaningful way," says Rebecca Brazzano, chair of Thompson Hine's outreach subcommittee, who has coordinated the firm's participation in the event each year. "Active and ongoing community service is one of the core principles of our Diversity & Inclusion Initiative, and participating with NJCCA in this holiday effort enabled us to reach out to the community in a unique and important way."
