Our Tax Controversy Team is comprised of a unique group of tax lawyers, business litigators, and CPAs capable of bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to each case. We provide tax controversy services for Federal and Ohio tax matters, including Administrative Audits and Appeals as well as litigation.

We have vast experience advocating for clients at both the federal and state levels, and have written and spoken extensively on tax controversy issues. For example, two of our Team members co-authored a book for Thomson-West entitled Representation Before the United States Tax Court; several members have published articles in Journal of Tax Practice and Procedure, Corporate Business Taxation Monthly, and the Tax Executive; one member is frequently quoted in Tax Notes Today; several members are frequent speakers at regional chapter meetings of the Tax Executives Institute; and several members are current or past chairs of committees in the ABA Tax Section and/or state and local tax bar associations.
