Our Environmental practice dates back to the early 1970s. It began with the advent of the major federal and state regulatory programs and has grown through the years with the evolution and development of the myriad of environmental regulatory programs. Our group includes lawyers with in-depth experience in virtually all facets of environmental regulation.
We support our clients in environmental matters involving litigation, transactional and regulatory issues across the United States and, periodically, in connection with business transactions in foreign countries as well.
