Thompson Hine Lawyers Again Named Client Service All-Stars
Date: March 01, 2011
Lawyers from Thompson Hine LLP have for the sixth consecutive year been recognized for their commitment to client service excellence in a national survey of corporate counsel, The BTI 2011 Client Service All-Stars. Michael W. Currie, Christine M. Haaker, Brian J. Lamb and Elizabeth B. Wright have been named Client Service All-Stars by The BTI Consulting Group (Wellesley, Mass.).
In addition, Frank D. Chaiken was named a Client Service MVP, a select group of just 25 U.S. lawyers recognized by clients year after year. Chaiken was named a BTI Client Service All-Star in 2010 and named to BTI's Client Service All-Star Team for Corporate Transactions in 2008.
An elite group of 318 lawyers, Client Service All-Stars have earned acclaim for delivering the best client service, based on unprompted, candid feedback offered in one-on-one interviews with more than 300 U.S. corporate counsel. Lawyers who make the list have impressed clients by understanding their business issues, being responsive and innovative and showing absolute commitment to their needs.
"We are delighted to once again be recognized for superior client service, which is the focus of everything we do at Thompson Hine," says David Hooker, the firm's managing partner. "Our lawyers are dedicated to understanding our clients' businesses, being responsive to their needs and providing the consistently excellent service they've come to expect from us. It is gratifying to have our lawyers included on this prestigious list of Client Service All-Stars."
