More Information

Our Cincinnati office represents approximately two-thirds of the Fortune 1000 companies based in Ohio, as well as more than half of all public companies in the region and a large number of the state's top private companies listed in Ohio Business magazine.

Clients know that our Cincinnati and Dayton offices together comprise one of the most comprehensive and successful practices in Southern Ohio. With experience in a broad range of industries, we are deeply connected to how the law impacts today's business environment. We have significant breadth and depth of experience in the following industries and areas of the law, to name a few:

We are proud to be the only law firm in Cincinnati to be recognized for superior client service for nine straight years and ranked the highest in Cincinnati since 2008. In addition, our capabilities and exceptional service have been recognized by many in the profession, including:

  • Chambers USA
  • Ohio Super Lawyer's Rising Stars
  • Super Lawyers
  • The American Lawyer's Big Deals Section
  • The Best Lawyers in America

In addition, we participate along with all Thompson Hine offices in the firm's Women's Initiative, Spotlight on Women®, and our firmwide Diversity & Inclusion Initiative. Both initiatives involve mentoring and outreach to individuals both within and outside the firm to provide networking opportunities and interaction with community leaders.

As do all Thompson Hine offices, we apply our firm's Client Service Pledge to our commitment to provide an outstanding work environment built on mutual respect, teamwork and diversity. Both individually and as a group, we participate in civic and charitable endeavors, and contribute hundreds of hours to numerous pro bono matters, so that we may give something back to our community through leadership, volunteer work and our own initiatives.

Founded in 1939 as the Modern Art Society by three visionary local women, the CAC was one of the first institutions in the United States dedicated to exhibiting contemporary art. More »
