Professional Experience

Susan is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. She focuses her practice on patent prosecution and opinion work. Susan's practice also includes the assessment, transfer, and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the United States and around the world. Susan has a genuine concern for her clients' business and assists them in evaluating and addressing IP business issues.

Prior to law school, Susan was a high school chemistry teacher for nine years at Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District, in Brecksville, Ohio.

Susan is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and is a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Technical Experience
Adhesives, tape formulations, pharmaceuticals, microencapsulation, personal care compositions, coatings, biomedical compounds their structures and uses, automotive components, medical instruments and their uses.
