Rachel is counsel in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities and Competition, Antitrust & White-Collar Crime practice groups. Rachel focuses her practice on advising clients on a broad range of corporate and antitrust matters.

- Advise clients on domestic and international merger notification requirements and applicability of requirements to contemplated transactions.
- Counsel clients in connection with preparation and filing of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Notifications and premerger notifications in foreign countries.
- Involved in merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department.
