Andrea is a Senior Attorney in the Product Liability Litigation and Business Litigation practice groups. She represents major corporations in the defense of mass torts, toxic torts, putative class actions, employment-related torts, injuries to persons and property, and premises liability actions. Andrea has experience with complex class action litigation and is currently assisting with the successful defense of toxic tort claims asserted against the vinyl chloride industry. Andrea has also been involved with several of the firm's pro bono cases.
Andrea is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, she is admitted before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
