Amir is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation and Corporate Transactions & Securities practice groups. He focuses his practice on a variety of litigation matters, including business torts, corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, contracts, other business transactions and relationships and a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; strategic alliances; federal and state securities law filings and compliance, including public and private securities offerings; and corporate organization and governance matters. Prior to law school, he owned and operated a consulting company which provided marketing support to entertainment and multimedia companies.
Amir is admitted to practice in the state of New York and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
