Professional Experience

Tiffany is an associate in the firm's Commercial & Public Finance practice group. She focuses her practice in the areas of public finance, structured finance, and commercial lending. Tiffany has significant experience in the public finance area acting as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and corporation counsel in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable bonds by or through various Ohio state and local governmental entities. Her experience in the area of structured finance includes representing banking institutions and originators in connection with asset securitizations, primarily of trade receivables and student loans, and her experience in the area of commercial lending includes representing banking institutions in connection with the financing and refinancing of capital projects and working capital loans.

Tiffany is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
