Professional Experience

Terry is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation practice group. Terry's practice includes a variety of litigation matters, such as commercial litigation, business torts, intellectual property disputes, alternative dispute resolution, and products liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Terry was an associate at a full-service firm in Sidney, Ohio, representing corporate and municipal clients with a concentration in health care and commercial law.

He also has extensive experience in Ohio state courts, serving during law school as a law clerk for Judge Jeffrey E. Froelich of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court and most recently serving as a judicial attorney for Justice Maureen O'Connor of the Ohio Supreme Court.

Terry is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and before the U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern Districts of Ohio and the U.S. Supreme Court.
