Professional Experience
Sarah is an associate in the firm's Corporate Transactions and Securities practice group. She focuses her practice on entity formation, organization and governance, the preparation of financing documentation, the acquisition and disposition of assets, and mergers and reorganizations.
Prior to attending law school Sarah was a financial analyst for both IBM and The Limited Brands, Inc.
Sarah is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio.

- Negotiate acquisition and disposition agreements on behalf of various private companies.
- Represent companies and shareholders/members in corporate restructurings.
- Represent companies in receipt of capital infusion from private equity funds.
- Negotiate employment agreements and equity based compensation packages for individuals in senior management roles.
- Advise private companies on various corporate governance issues, including codes of regulations, operating agreements and stock purchase programs.
- Advise insurance companies on various insurance regulatory matters before the Ohio Department of Insurance.
- Liaison with the Ohio Department of Commerce and video service providers on matters relating to Video Service Authorizations issued by the Department of Commerce.
- Represent clients on privacy issues, including the FCC’s Red Flags Rule.
- Represent regulated entities before Ohio Power Siting Board.
- Represent clients in rule making proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
