Professional Experience

Russ serves as Partner-in-Charge for the Atlanta office and is a partner in the firm's Business Litigation and Product Liability Litigation practice groups. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage and secured lending litigation and product liability defense. Russ also has considerable experience with environmental and general commercial litigation.

Russ is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.
