Professional Experience

Roy is a partner in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. He focuses his practice on general corporate counseling of public and private corporations and their executives. He has significant experience as lead negotiator in mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and international transactions, in the formation of joint ventures, and in other major commercial contract negotiation and documentation. His practice includes advising clients on securities law compliance, generally and with particular attention to executive compensation issues, on matters of corporate governance, and on executive employment and compensation arrangements including change of control agreements and negotiation of severance arrangements on behalf of employers and individual executives.
