Bob is a partner in the firm's Business Litigation and Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice groups. His practice is concentrated on litigation and dispute resolution. Bob has experience litigating a wide range of cases in state and federal courts, including shareholder derivative actions, fiduciary duty litigation, and battles over the removal of corporate board members. He has also appeared before a number of administrative agencies. He has also represented secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court adversary proceedings in jurisdictions throughout the country.

Bob served as a judicial law clerk following his graduation from law school. He is currently a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.

Bob is admitted to practice before all state courts of New York and New Jersey; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
