Bob is a first chair litigator and a partner in the firm's Business Litigation and Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice groups. His practice is concentrated on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Bob has experience litigating a wide range of cases in state and federal courts, including shareholder derivative actions, fiduciary duty litigation, and securities fraud cases. He has also represented secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court adversary proceedings in jurisdictions throughout the country.
Bob served as a judicial law clerk following his graduation from law school. He has served on a number of committees within the firm and is currently a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
Bob is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey; each of the U.S. District Courts in New York and New Jersey; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

- Achieved favorable settlement on behalf of creditor in multimillion dollar securities claim as plaintiff in adversary proceeding
- Represented petitioning trade creditors in involuntary Chapter 7 case
- Successfully resolved many actions against creditors to recover allegedly preferential transfers in several Chapter 11 cases
- Successfully defended charitable institution in adversary proceeding seeking to recover contribution from debtor
- Achieved dismissal of all claims, including trespass and breach of contract, in million-dollar case brought against public utility company by debtor
