Professional Experience

Nicole is counsel in the Business Litigation and Product Liability Litigation practice groups. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes (including breach of contract and breach of warranty claims), business torts (including fraud, breach of duty, and consumer fraud claims), and defense of mass tort claims. Nicole is also involved with the firm's pro bono work with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.

• Award in client's favor on all issues in AAA arbitration re: duties under partnership agreement.

• Partial award in bench trial of contract dispute with counter-claims, including defeat of majority of plaintiffs' seven figure damages claim.
• Dismissal of substantial contract dispute in forum hostile to our client and successful defense of dismissal on appeal.
• Dismissal of complaint alleging professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
• Dismissal of putative class action alleging violation of federal regulations and state consumer protection laws.
• Dismissal of putative class action alleging breach of warranty and violation of state consumer protection laws.
• Dismissals of asbestos and silica cases.
