Professional Experience

Nelson is an associate in the Commercial & Public Finance practice group. His legal experience includes syndicated loan transactions for both real estate and asset-based transactions, public financing, drafting franchise disclosure documents and drafting and negotiating franchise agreements. Nelson has experience in conducting legal research, drafting orders and opinions and preparing bench memoranda.

Nelson is admitted to practice in Ohio, Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

• Represented francisors in the preparation of franchise disclosure documents, uniform offering circulars and individual franchise agreements.
