Professional Experience

Matthew is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an investigator for the Employee Benefits Security Administration of the United States Department of Labor. Matthew represents clients in resolving civil litigation with a focus on business litigation, commercial litigation, and ERISA litigation.

While he attended law school, Matthew served as a judicial extern for Justice Terrence O'Donnell of the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Matthew is admitted to practice in Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
