Professional Experience

Marty is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. He has experience working on matters relating to a variety of issues, including creditors' rights, fiduciary duties, class action certification, and the interpretation and enforceability of various contracts. He has successfully argued cases at both the trial and appellate levels.

Marty is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio and Massachusetts, and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
