Professional Experience

Marisa is an associate in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities and Real Estate practice groups. She focuses her practice on office and retail leasing transactions, real estate financing, corporate real estate and other general real estate matters. In addition, Marisa also has experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital transactions; private placement of securities; and, state and federal securities filings and compliance.

Prior to law school, Marisa worked as a legislative assistant and intern for Assemblyman David Koon, Albany, New York. Marisa is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
