Professional Experience
Lou is the former chair of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald's Intellectual Property practice group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of U.S. and international trademark law and also advises on internet, advertising, data privacy, patent and copyright issues. He has significant experience in global brand creation and portfolio management, IP transactions, licensing and global IP rights policing and enforcement. He has served clients in a variety of sectors, including consumer, commercial and industrial manufacturers and service providers, domestic and foreign law firms, and outside advisors. He is an active member of the International Trademark Association and presently serves on the U.S. Legislation Subcommittee.
