Professional Experience

Leslee is a partner in the Commercial and Public Finance practice group. Her practice focuses on commercial lending, representing banks and other financial institutions as well as public and private companies in connection with senior and subordinated debt facilities. Leslee has extensive experience with syndicated, multi-bank senior credit facilities, asset based and structured finance facilities, cross-border transactions (involving foreign borrowers and foreign collateral), acquisition financing, letter of credit facilities, foreign currency transactions and real estate financing. She also has extensive experience in the area of secured transactions, including both personal and real property. Her representation and extensive experience includes credit restructuring, workouts and creditors rights issues.

Leslee is admitted to practice in Ohio and New York.
