Professional Experience
Kyle is an associate in the Construction practice group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of construction law including litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. He advocates for his clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation; throughout Ohio and across the country. He represents general contractors, project managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and other construction professionals in large and small disputes for both private and public projects. He also represents clients in contract disputes, design claims, defect claims, delay claims, bond claims, bid protests, false claims act claims, prompt pay act claims, and mechanics lien disputes.
While in law school, Kyle served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Maureen O'Connor of the Ohio Supreme Court. Kyle also served as a legal extern in the Ohio House of Representatives to the House Majority Counsel and the House Finance and Appropriations Committee.
Kyle is licensed and admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
