Professional Experience

Kim is a partner in the firm's Products Liability, Business Litigation and Construction practice groups. Kim's practice involves product liability and mass and toxic tort litigation, general commercial litigation, and litigation arising out of claims against architects and engineers. In her product liability practice, Kim defends manufacturers of industrial and consumer products against wrongful death and personal injury claims. Kims commercial litigation practice involves a variety of sophisticated commercial disputes. With respect to construction, Kims practice focuses on defense of E&O claims asserted against architects and engineers.

Kim is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, the Southern District of Ohio, the Northern District of Ohio, the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
