Professional Experience

Joe is an associate in the firm's Product Liability Litigation group. He has extensive experience in all aspects of case management, including drafting pleadings, taking fact and expert witness depositions, coordinating discovery, conducting complex research, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing pretrial materials. Joe also prides himself on effective use of alternative dispute resolution through both formal mediation and informal negotiation.

Joe has defended a variety of clients ranging from a construction products company to a major automobile manufacturer to one of the country's largest providers of specialized contracting services.

Joe is admitted to practice in Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
