Professional Experience

Jennifer is a partner in the firm's Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy and Commercial and Public Finance practice groups. She focuses her practice on creditors' rights and remedies under the Uniform Commercial Code, Bankruptcy Code and state law to enforce creditors' rights in state and federal Courts and Bankruptcy Courts. She also focuses on corporate finance and banking, including the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with financing of capital projects and working capital loans, and the restructuring and workout of non-performing loans.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in Ohio.
