Jeanette Rodriguez-Morick is an associate in the firm's Competition, Antitrust & White-Collar Crime and Business Litigation practice groups.
Jeanette has represented employees, corporate executives, and corporations in a variety of civil, criminal, and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on white-collar defense and complex civil litigation. Her cases have involved counseling clients in response to government inquiries and prosecutions for securities fraud, health care fraud, mail and wire fraud, tax evasion, international money laundering, hedge fund trading practices, violations of the False Claims Act, and similar matters. In her civil practice, Jeanette has counseled clients on securities and international construction arbitrations, violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, corporate governance litigation, and other business disputes.
Jeanette has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts. Prior to private practice, Jeanette served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the District Attorney in the Bronx, New York, for five and half years. Beginning in 2001, she represented various New York state agencies and individual New York state employees as an Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Bureau for the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Jeanette has also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
Jeanette is admitted to practice in the state of New York, and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
