Professional Experience

Jim is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on complex litigation and dispute resolution concerning contracts, fiduciary relationships, business torts, and other business transactions and relationships. Jim is admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio,United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

During law school, Jim served as an extern for Judge Alice M. Batchelder, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and as the law clerk to Judge Robert J. Brown, Wayne County Court of Common Pleas.
