Professional Experience

Jacinto advises clients in many aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including: acquiring and selling real estate; ground, retail, and office leasing; development; financing; and other real estate matters. Representative clients include lenders, corporations, developers, landowners, REITs, private equity firms and the telecommunication tower industry. Jacinto is a member of Thompson Hine's Shale Energy & Infrastructure Group and is licensed in Ohio and Florida.
