Professional Experience

Holly is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on representation in litigation and other forms of dispute resolution concerning fiduciary duties, contracts, business torts, corporate governance, professional malpractice, and other business transactions and relationships.

Holly is also involved with the firm's pro bono practice. Holly is admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

While in law school, Holly served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
