Professional Experience

Heather Hawkins is a seventh-year litigation associate with first and second chair experience in multi-million dollar jury trials and arbitrations. Heather focuses her practice on construction, product liability, general commercial and employment litigation in federal and state courts and arbitrations across the Country.

Heather is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit of Appeals.

• Obtained dismissals and judgments on behalf of engineering firms and manufacturers in negligence, breach of warranty, and product liability suits.
• Summary judgments for engineering firms in breach of contract and professional negligence suit with a general contractor and owner.
• Summary and default judgments on behalf of commercial property managers against defaulting tenants.
• Representation of automobile manufacturer in product liability suits.
• Representation of national commercial property manager in breach of contract and lease disputes and enforcement.
• Representation of automobile dealer in consumer-related suits, arbitration and disputes.
• Representation of national construction company in connection with breach of contract and negligence suits and arbitration.
