Professional Experience

George is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group. His experience includes counseling employers on all types of employee benefits and executive compensation. He has also advised clients on issues of tax qualification and administration of 401(k), pension and employee stock ownership plans and health and welfare plans. George also gained experience in assisting clients with governmental filings, including preparing and negotiating voluntary correction programs and determination letter filings with the Internal Revenue Service and defined benefit plan termination submissions with the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation.

He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Ohio.
