Professional Experience

Garrett is an associate in the Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice group. His experience includes handling a variety of bankruptcy matters, including representation of secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 debtors, asset purchasers and parties to adversary proceedings. He also has handled civil litigation matters, including tort, contract and receivership cases.

During law school, Garrett served as a judicial extern for Hon. Jack T. Camp, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Garrett is admitted to practice in all Georgia state and superior courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.
