Fritz is a partner in the firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. He focuses his practice on the design, establishment and maintenance of comprehensive benefit programs for major industrial and consumer products manufacturers and service industries; design and implementation of tax-qualified pension and profit-sharing plans; executive compensation and supplemental benefits programs; ESOPs (both for leveraged buyouts and as anti-takeover devices); early retirement windows; 401(k) savings plans; flexible benefits plans; and funded and unfunded group health, life insurance, disability, severance pay and retiree medical plans. His practice also includes representation of clients before federal regulatory agencies and advice on federal regulatory policy.
