Professional Experience

Erin is an associate in the Commercial & Public Finance group. Her experience includes reviewing and negotiating draft documents in connection with financings, including offering materials, indentures, trust agreements, service agreements, security agreements and ancillary documents, as well as drafting account control agreements, custodial agreements, paying agency agreements and notices to noteholders and service providers.

Earlier in her career, Erin advised banks acting in various capacities such as corporate trustee, collateral agent, administrative agent, servicer, custodian and paying agent in connection with a wide variety of structured finance transactions. She also represented banks in the creation, amendment, restructuring and liquidation of asset-backed and foreign government-issued securities.

Erin is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Wisconsin.
