Professional Experience
Emily is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with specific experience in defending clients in connection with securities fraud litigation, employment-related disputes and other commercial matters.
Emily is admitted to practice in the state of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

- Representing a monoline insurer in an action for securities fraud
- Representing a life insurance company in a state attorney general investigation
- Defending a pharmaceutical company in a securities fraud class action related to the company's promotional practices
- Defending a hedge fund principal in a securities fraud action related to the fund's collapse
