Professional Experience
Camille is an associate in the Environmental practice group. Her experience includes handling issues related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, clean air litigation, clean water litigation and related policy work. She focuses her practice on environmental counseling in business, regulatory and legislative matters, environmental enforcement actions, site remediation and compliance with environmental regulations.
While in law school, Camille served as a legal intern at the Ohio EPA.
Camille is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

- Assisting in research, strategy and drafting of 60-day notice for CWA Municipal Storm Sewer Systems permit case
- Participating in ERAC appeal of a power plant’s NPDES permit, specifically on issues of thermal discharges variance, mercury variance and BAT; researched BAT cooling water technologies for power plants
- Collaborating with lawyers on strategy and drafting complaint for Federal CWA 401/404 citizen suit regarding a coal mining company’s remediation of project; participated in settlement meeting with coal mining company
- Collaborating with lawyers on strategy and drafting of ERAC notice of appeal of a power plant’s air permit
- Handling cases before the PUCO involving Ohio’s renewable energy/energy efficiency standard benchmarks in general, renewable energy and energy efficiency credits, solar energy benchmarks, long-term forecasts of utility’s loads, transmission and distribution improvement projects and utility rate structures/decoupling, and mercantile opt-outs
