Professional Experience

Ed is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. He focuses his practice on drafting and maintaining tax-qualified retirement plans including pension plans, profit-sharing plans and 401(k) plans. In particular, Ed counsels clients in plan design, qualified plan documentation and administration, correction of qualified plan errors, and ERISA fiduciary obligations.

Ed recently returned to the firm after serving as Assistant General Counsel of Nationwide Insurance Company where he advised the company on various employee benefit matters including ERISA fiduciary and qualified retirement plan issues.
