Professional Experience
Diane is counsel in the firm's Business Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on state and federal commercial litigation concerning contracts and leases, fiduciary relationships, business torts, lender liability claims, and product liability claims.
Diane is admitted to practice in Ohio and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
